Lifestyle Once copin--g strategies are internalized, new, more adaptive forms of behaviour emerge. General lifestyle changes develop, resulting in an ability to think and therefore act more positively. The authors believe that, central to this process, clients must be able to develop some level of responsibility for their behaviour and have some motivation to change.
